An Introduction to the Spiral of Inquiry: on request

The Spiral of Inquiry is a framework that supports you to change your practice. It can support organisational change and coherence between different priorities. The Spiral can also help you to prioritise and to do less, better. Many schools in Aotearoa use the Spiral of Inquiry as their Professional Growth Cycle framework and to support the massive changes expected of teachers in 2025.

This webinar, hosted by Becc Sweeney, will give you a sound understanding of what the Spiral of Inquiry is, how to use it in your organisation, and the benefits for leaders, teachers and learners. Becc will outline the differences between the Spiral and other cycles of inquiry and how you can use it to address inequity. You'll also learn about the Aotearoa network of schools using the Spiral of Inquiry and how we are connected to the wider Network of Inquiry and Indigenous Education (NOIIE) globally, which is led by Drs Linda Kaser and Judy Halbert.
